Philosophy of care | My philosophy of care centers around treating patients with compassion. I believe in a holistic approach because you are much more than any condition or disease you may be facing. I want to involve you and your family in your care, and work to both treat and prevent disease. I provide patients with the same level of care and respect I would want my loved ones to receive. | Why I entered medicine | From a very young age, I knew I wanted to enter the medical field. I love learning about science and forming genuine connections with people. I have always liked problem-solving and working as part of a team. All these factors led me to a career as a physician assistant! The opportunity to take care of patients is a privilege I will never take for granted. | Community involvement | I try to get involved wherever possible! I have volunteered to help the Trevor Project, local women’s shelters and other non-profits. I want to continue advocating for others any way I can. Now I hope to give back to the community by providing quality health care. | Personal interests | When I am not spending time with family and friends, I can be found playing volleyball, gardening, crocheting, playing the piano, listening to music or singing!.
