My approach to care is rooted in teamwork, open communication and compassion. I take time to listen, build trust and partner with patients and their families. My goal is to guide them through care options, support confident decisionmaking and deliver individualized, patient and familycentered care.I enjoy working in pediatrics because it allows me to watch children grow and develop, supporting them from infancy through adolescence and playing a meaningful role in their lives.I was drawn to working in pediatrics for the chance to support children and families through every stage of growth. I value kids’ resilience and optimism and especially enjoy early childhood development and adolescent mental healthcare.
