Dr. Mills was born in Jersey City and grew up in Bergen County. Dr. Mills’ specialty is in neurology and has over 20+ years experience. He has been a part of CCMC since 2007. Dr. Mills earned his Master’s degree in Human Anatomy from Fairleigh Dickinson University before graduating from Rutgers Medical School. He completed his residency training in Neurology at the New York University Medical Center.

Dr. Mills’ work has appeared in several publications throughout his medical career. Dedicated to further advancing his training, he also completed a fellowship in Clinical Pharmacology at Rutgers Medical School. He completed a tour of military duty as a Flight Surgeon in the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing after being trained at the Naval Aviation Medicine Institute. He is now a retired Captain, as a naval flight surgeon.
Dr. Mills and his wife have been married for 30+ years. In their spare time, they enjoy traveling, especially to Europe, Canada and Hawaii. Dr. Mills also enjoys the outdoors and is an avid fisherman.
