Overview
I love being a pediatrician. I enjoy helping new parents take care of their newborns and babies and being able to follow their growth and development into young adulthood. After taking care of college-aged patients for the past few years, I have come to appreciate that age group. Adolescents are a unique patient population, and I enjoy the more direct impact I can have on their health and development. I am originally from Germany and spent my childhood and adolescence living in Mexico and Spain. Being exposed to different cultures and languages has helped me relate to diverse cultural backgrounds in my patients. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and dogs, usually at sporting events or hiking and exploring the outdoors.
