Overview
Dr. Mahzoon graduated from Kennesaw State University in Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Mahzoon completed a four-year Podiatric Medicine and surgery residency at St Barnabas Hospital in New York where she served as Chief resident in a highly demanding program. Her training included reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, wound care, and foot and ankle trauma at a level-1 trauma center.
Dr. Mahzoon is an ABPM Board Certified Podiatrist with extensive experience in lower extremity wound care. Additionally, Dr. Mahzoon is certified in foot and ankle arthroscopy. She also has a certification for hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
Dr. Mahzoon was a speaker at the New York Clinical Conference in 2019 and has Six published Abstracts in Compendium of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in 2012 and 2013.

Dr. Margo A. Jimenez was born and raised in Georgia. She earned her undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC, and her Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Jimenez then returned to Georgia and had the unique opportunity to work with her father Dr. A Louis Jimenez for the first 15 years of her career and continues to work alongside her brother, Dr. Dorian Jimenez. Her love of children has led to a special interest in pediatrics and sports injuries.Dr. Margo A. Jimenez completed her residency in Advanced Reconstructive Surgery of the Foot and Ankle at Northlake Medical Center in Tucker, GA. She is passionate about the education and advancement of Podiatric Medicine and continues to be actively involved in the resident training program at Emory University School of Medicine. She lectures nationally and is a member of the Podiatry Institute, an internationally recognized teaching foundation dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for patients with foot, ankle, and leg disorders through innovative education, research, and service. She has published multiple articles on Reconstructive Surgery of the Foot and Ankle and has contributed multiple chapters in the Podiatry Institute Manual. Dr. Jimenez donates her time and expertise to medical missions to the Dominican Republic and plans to continue missions to all areas in need.Dr. Jimenez enjoys spending time with her family on their small farm in Monroe, GA. She is very active in her community and her church. She enjoys baking, farming, gardening, soccer, and going on adventures with her family.
