Most recently, Dr. Rezaian served as an assistant medical director in a skilled nursing facility at Moorings Park in Southwest Florida and participated in a national quality improvement initiative to optimize medication use and reduce polypharmacy in older adults. Her goal is to help patients maximize their physical functioning and wellbeing while maintaining their goals of care. She pursued a fellowship in geriatrics to promote this philosophy as patients transition through all phases of adulthood to maintain mobility and independence. A native of Northern Virginia, Dr. Rezaian currently resides in McLean, VA, with her family. In her spare time, she likes to bake baklava and hike on local park trails.
