Sandra Pratt, DNP, FNP-BC, ACHPN, is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse with over a decade of healthcare experience. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Chamberlain University and has practiced in primary care, palliative care, chronic disease management, preventive medicine, and wellness.
Dr. Pratt is passionate about providing patient-centered, evidence-based care across the lifespan, with a focus on helping patients achieve their best possible health through prevention, education, and early intervention.
