Dr. Sapinder P. Singh

Dr. Sapinder P. Singh is an internal medicine physician dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. He was inspired to pursue medicine after witnessing how many people lack access to basic health care, a calling that continues to drive his commitment to improving the lives of his patients. As an internal medicine physician, Dr. Singh values the opportunity to treat a wide spectrum of conditions—from common illnesses to complex multisystem diseases—while also building long-term, trusted relationships with his patients. His practice focuses on primary prevention, nutrition, and weight management, with the goal of reducing the burden of chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, obesity, dyslipidemia, and sleep apnea. “I believe in spending quality time with my patients and empowering them through education and prevention,” says Dr. Singh. “A good day for me is when I can help someone feel healthier, more informed, and more hopeful about their future.” Dr. Singh’s research has been published in multiple peer-reviewed journals, including studies on cirrhotic cardiomyopathy, vitamin D deficiency in chronic liver disease, and idiopathic intracranial hypertension. He is fluent in Punjabi and Hindi, which allows him to connect with a diverse patient population. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Singh has volunteered at health fairs in India, where he provided free medical care and education to underserved communities.
