Hi! I’m Sazia Malek, a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner passionate about holistic mental wellness. I take a personalized, compassionate approach to care, blending clinical expertise with an understanding of each client’s unique experiences. I earned my graduate degree from the University of Southern California (USC) and specialize in adult psychiatry, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
As someone from a South Asian background, I recognize how cultural perspectives influence mental health, and I strive to provide a supportive, inclusive space where clients feel heard and understood. My approach goes beyond symptom management—I focus on overall well-being, integrating lifestyle factors into treatment.
I emphasize trust and collaboration, using detailed clinical assessments, individualized treatment plans, and a multidisciplinary approach. Whether through medication management, patient education, or telehealth services, my goal is to empower clients on their mental health journey.
