Hello, I’m Shelly Clavis, a Board-Certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. With extensive experience in primary care, acute care, mental health, and addiction treatment, I specialize in treating conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, substance use disorder, OCD, mood disorders, stress, grief, and trauma.
My treatment philosophy focuses on holistic care, addressing the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of my patients. I believe in building trusting relationships and fostering open communication to develop personalized treatment plans. I use evidence-based approaches, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and substance abuse counseling, ensuring comprehensive care.
I offer online telehealth services via a secured video platform, available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. My goal is to empower my patients with the tools and support they need to achieve lasting wellness. Whether you're managing a chronic condition, seeking mental health support, or working toward overall well-being, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
