While traveling abroad with her family as a child,particularly in India, Dr. Shwetha Manoharan sawsuffering in many forms and wanted to be part of asolution. She is passionate about women’shealth and enjoys the broad spectrum of ages andconditions she can treat through obstetrics andgynecology.Dr. Manoharan sees women from adolescence throughmenopause for all obstetric and gynecologic conditions,including well-woman care and contraceptionmanagement. She also manages high-risk pregnanciesand performs robotic surgery. Dr. Manoharan lovesgetting to know her patients. She believes in listeningattentively and creates a safe environment whereconcerns may be shared in confidence. She encourageseveryone to move more to improve mood and health.Dr. Manoharan and her husband have two sons and adog. Originally from Maryland, she moved to Cincinnatifor her residency. She volunteers on the Good SamaritanHospital quality committee and serves as a mentorthrough her alumni association. She loves to cook andhost company, travel, stay active, and spend time withher growing family.
