Houston native Dr. Srinivas Rao graduated with highest honors from Rice University. He attended Baylor College of Medicine in Houston for his medical school training and residency in diagnostic radiology. He was selected as chief resident during his tenure. Following his residency, he completed a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital and The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. Board certified in radiology, Dr. Rao has been in private practice in the Houston area since 1997. His clinical interests include vascular veins and venous insufficiency. Dr. Rao offers compassionate care to patients with many forms of vein diseases. He evaluates diagnoses and treats vein diseases using the latest technology, ultrasound and ultrasound-guided procedures. Dr. Rao takes time to listen to and address each patient’s concerns. He treats patients 18 years and older. Dr. Rao is a member of the Harris County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association and American College of Phlebology.
