Dr. Sriranjani Padmanabhan

Dr. Sriranjani Padmanabhan, called Dr. Sri by her patients, is an ophthalmologist and glaucoma specialist who provides comprehensive medical and surgical care for adults and children. She has a strong interest in working with underserved populations. Padmanabhan earned her medical degree at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. She completed a residency in ophthalmology at the Scheie Eye Institute (Penn Medicine's ophthalmology department). She completed a fellowship in glaucoma at Emory Eye Center and a fellowship in international ophthalmology and global blindness prevention at the University of Nebraska Medical Center's Stanley M. Truhlsen Eye Institute. Padmanabhan is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and an active member of the American Glaucoma Society. She is a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. In her free time, Padmanabhan feeds her insatiable wanderlust and enjoys writing narrative nonfiction, fiction and poetry.
