Overview
I'm board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and I'm a member of several professional associations, including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Brooklyn Orthopaedic Society and the Arthroscopy Association of North America. I've had articles accepted for publication in Sports Medicine and the Journal of Hand Surgery.
I earned my medical degree from the State University of New York (SUNY) Health Science Center at Brooklyn. After completing a residency in orthopaedic surgery at that institution, I pursued a fellowship in orthopaedic sports medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital, serving as sports fellow for the New York Jets, New York Rangers, Hofstra University and Hunter College.
I specialize in joint replacement surgery, orthopaedic trauma and sports medicine.
