Along with over 15 years of experience as a physician assistant in family practice and neurosurgery, Tami trained to become a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Instructor at UMASS. She went on to teach MBSR courses and meditation at Ramapo college. She also teaches classes to children and adolescents on brain science and mindfulness of stress reduction.
