Philosophy of care | I provide compassionate, effective care aligned with current evidence-based practice, serving each member of the community to the best of my ability. | Why I entered medicine | Growing up with parents in health care, I developed a love of service and the medical field. It has been a joy serving the community over the years first as a nurse's aide and unit clerk, then as a registered nurse and now as a nurse practitioner. I have developed an appreciation for all members of the health care team. | Community involvement | I enjoy working with young people. | Personal interests | I like cooking and baking, especially with my children. I enjoy time with my family and creating lasting memories. My husband and I also like board gaming and ice cream dates.
