Overview
I am a pediatric pulmonology and sleep medicine specialist who takes care of children with a variety of lung diseases, such as asthma, chronic lung diseases of prematurity, sickle cell related lung diseases, cystic fibrosis, and primary ciliary dyskinesia.In addition, I manage children with different sleep disorders, such as sleep apnea, narcolepsy, insomnia, parasomnias, and children on CPAP/BiPAP. Pediatric asthma is the most common chronic lung disease of childhood I believe educating a family about their child's disease and medications are key to success. Sleep disorders have a major impact on quality-of-life for children and their families. Therefore, it is of significant value to screen and treat. I am married, have two children, and enjoy watching my children's soccer games on weekends.
