He completed his Family Medicine residency at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, UT, drawn by its exceptional family medicine and world-class sports medicine training, as well as its proximity to the mountains. The most rewarding part of being a physician, he states, is gaining patients' trust and the continuous opportunity to learn every day.Dr. Troy’s patient care philosophy centers on providing trusted, evidence-based recommendations while respecting patient autonomy. He strives to meet patients where they are, ensuring safety and wellness are prioritized in all decision-making.
