I chose a career in medicine because I truly desire to help people. Teaching others to manage disease states and make healthy lifestyle choices is a passion of mine. I love getting to know individuals and families and making the journey of healthy living together.What I want my patients to know about me:At your visit, I will spend time educating you on your disease and empowering you to manage it. I will provide the tools you need to accomplish this goal. I will listen to understand and will not judge you. Together we will make decisions about the most appropriate steps needed to keep you healthy.What I do when I'm not seeing patients:After work hours, I am spending time with my husband Brian and our 4 beautiful children. I enjoy hiking and long walks with my 2 dogs. I visit with my parents, siblings, nieces and nephews for a game of cards, a meal or some karaoke. I also enjoy scrapbooking and gardening.
