Overview
I provide remote care through virtual consultations that emphasize patient-centered strategies, evidence-based treatments, and a strong therapeutic relationship. Using telehealth platforms, I conduct assessments, offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and support psychopharmacological management. I also incorporate mindfulness-based interventions and trauma-informed care to address both mental and physical health needs. With 16 years of experience as a Dual Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatric and Mental Health, as well as Adult-Gerontology Acute Care, I offer compassionate, patient-first care. My approach is centered on understanding each individual's unique needs and offering evidence-based treatments such as CBT and EMDR. I focus on empowering patients through education, promoting healing, and ensuring a supportive environment.
