I really enjoy connecting with patients, discussing their health needs, and helping to set them on the best trajectory to achieve their health goals and improve their quality of life. Helping patients come up with plans to improve their health is extremely gratifying for me, and I especially love to see patients return feeling satisfied with the progress they have made toward their goals. I also enjoy providing education to patients, especially when I see the evidence of their understanding being put into action during return visits. Outside of my work in health care, I enjoy indoor and outdoor biking, reading novels, cooking new recipes, and spending time with my family.
