I enjoy working with my patients, through lifestyle and medical therapeutics, to help them achieve their best wellness. I have a strong interest in working with people to improve lifestyle factors so that they can have optimal health. There is so much that we can all do for our health, including eating a healthy plant-forward diet, getting regular exercise, reducing stress, getting adequate rest, and being connected with family, faith community, co-workers, interest groups, and our local community. When not at work, I enjoy running, rowing, music, cooking, and traveling.
