Overview
As my patients learn very quickly, I am passionate about physical therapy. I truly believe that with proper nutrition and exercise the human body can heal itself of most ailments and prevent them. I became interested in physical therapy while I was in the Navy and had a major ankle injury requiring multiple surgeries and months of rehabilitation. I have now found that my favorite injuries to treat are of the foot and ankle. As a mediocre, but avid, runner, I also love to treat runners of every type. My wife, two boys, and I moved to North Carolina in 2017 and have loved every day in this great state. I enjoy running, swimming, cycling, weightlifting, and playing rugby. My hobbies include woodworking, mechanic work, and playing with my children. Most of my continuing education has been geared toward manual therapies techniques from head to toe, treating a running population, pain science education, and nutrition.
