Along with his team members, he has the skills and expertise to diagnose and treat all types of ENT problems. Dr. Dailey enjoys forming long-term relationships with patients with chronic ENT conditions and seeing them improve over time.He performs research on surgical education and surgical innovation. Dr. Dailey is active in fellowship and resident education and leads his students in projects related to voice, swallowing and airway disease.Outside of work, Dr. Dailey enjoys playing tennis and cooking.
