An Open Label, Multi-center Asciminib Roll-over Study to Assess Long-term Safety in Patients Who Have Completed a Novartis Sponsored Asciminib Study and Are Judged by the Investigator to Benefit From Continued Treatment
Summary: This is a long term safety study for patients who have completed a Novartis sponsored asciminib study and are judged by the investigator to benefit from continued treatment
Canadian Profiling and Targeted Agent Utilization Trial (CAPTUR): A Phase II Basket Trial
Summary: Cancer drugs which target the effects of abnormal gene changes are called 'targeted therapies'. This study, called PM.1 or CAPTUR, will include some targeted therapies that are currently available. The purpose of this study is to find out what are the effects on a patient and their cancer when they are given a targeted therapy drug that is specific to an abnormal gene change in their cancer.
A Potential Relationship Between Treatment With Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors and Erectile Dysfunction in Male Patients With Chronic Myeloid Leukemia
Summary: Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) is a myeloproliferative neoplasm characterized by the presence of the Philadelphia chromosome, resulting in the constitutive activation of the BCR-ABL1 tyrosine kinase. The advent of tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) has revolutionized the management of CML, trasforming it from a fatal disease to a chronic condition with excellent long-term outcomes for the majority ...
This is a Global, Multi-center, Open-label Randomized and Registrational Phase 3 Study of Olverembatinib (HQP1351) in Patients With Chronic Phase Chronic Myeloid Leukemia
Summary: A Global Multicenter, Open Label, Randomized, Phase 3 Registrational Study of Olverembatinib (HQP1351) in Patients with Chronic Phase Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (POLARIS-2)
Safety And Efficacy Of Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor Cessation For Chronic Myeloid Leukemia Patients With Stable Molecular Response In A Real World Population
Summary: This is a single-arm, phase II study to evaluate safety and efficacy of tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) cessation for chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) patients with stable molecular response in a real world population.
Condition Vasoregulation Function Endothelium in Patients With Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) Getting Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor (TKI) II Generation Bosutinib
Summary: The study will study the state of the endothelium in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia during therapy with the II generation tyrosine kinase inhibitor bosutinib. Patients will be divided into groups receiving nilotinib 800mg/day, bosutinib 500mg/day, and imatinib 600mg/day. A comprehensive examination of patients will be carried out, including a clinical examination, a study of biochemical ma...
