What is Fludarabine?

Fludarabine Phosphate Injection is a nucleotide metabolic inhibitor indicated for: The treatment of adult patients with B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia who have not responded to or whose disease has progressed during treatment with at least one standard alkylating-agent containing regimen. Benefit in treatment-naïve or non-refractory CLL patients is not established.

A Phase 1/2 Study of KSQ-004EX, Autologous Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocytes Engineered to Inactivate Genes Encoding SOCS1 and Regnase-1, in Patients With Select Advanced Solid Tumors

Summary: Phase 1 is to find the recommended dose of KSQ-004EX to give to participants with advanced solid tumors.
