A Phase 3, Multi-center, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study of Either Cisplatin or Carboplatin +Gemcitabine + Tislelizumab Compared With Either Cisplatin or Carboplatin + Gemcitabine + Placebo as First-line Treatment for Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Urothelial Carcinoma
Summary: This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, Phase 3 study designed to compare the efficacy and safety of tislelizumab + either cisplatin or carboplatin + gemcitabine versus placebo+ either cisplatin or carboplatin + gemcitabine in approximately 420 participants with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma who have not received prior systemic therapy.
A Single-Arm, Multi-Center, Open-Label, Phase 2 Study to Evaluate Efficacy and Safety of Tislelizumab (BGB-A317), an Anti-PD-1 Monoclonal Antibody, as Monotherapy in Patients With Previously-Treated Locally Advanced Unresectable or Metastatic Microsatellite Instability-High (MSI-H) or Mismatch Repair Deficient (dMMR) Solid Tumors
Summary: In this Phase 2, Single-Arm, Multi-Center, Open-Label Study, participants with previously treated locally advanced unresectable or metastatic solid tumors with mismatched repair deficient (dMMR) or microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H) will be treated with anti-PD-1 Monoclonal Antibody Tislelizumab (BGB-A317).
A Prospective, Single-center, Open-label Phase II Clinical Study of Intra-arterial Chemotherapy Combined with Concurrent Radiotherapy and Tislelizumab-jsgr in the Treatment of T4bNanyM0 HNSCC
Summary: This study pioneers a novel approach by integrating a new auxiliary chemo-immunotherapy regimen, which is then followed by an evaluation of the potential for surgical resection. For those patients who remain non-resectable, a tailored treatment plan is proposed, consisting of arterial infusion chemotherapy in conjunction with radiotherapy, succeeded by a series of immune checkpoint inhibitors.
