Summary: This is an open-label, multi-site, Phase II randomized trial with response-adaptive design for newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM) participants who have had prior induction therapy. The primary objective of this study is to compare the rates of achieving undetectable measurable residual disease (MRD) in the bone marrow with elranatamab and daratumumab employed as post-induction consolidation a...
A Phase 1/2, Open-Label, Platform Study to Evaluate Safety and Efficacy of Etentamig Monotherapy or Etentamig Combinations in Subjects With Multiple Myeloma
Summary: Multiple myeloma (MM) is a cancer of the blood's plasma cells. The cancer is typically found in the bones and bone marrow (the spongy tissue inside of the bones) and can cause bone pain, fractures, infections, weaker bones, and kidney failure. Treatments are available, but MM can come back (relapsed) or may not get better (refractory) with treatment. This is a study to determine the safety, effica...
Symphony-1: A Phase 1b/3 Double-Blind, Randomized, Active-Controlled, 3-Stage, Biomarker Adaptive Study Of Tazemetostat Or Placebo In Combination With Lenalidomide Plus Rituximab In Subjects With Relapsed/Refractory Follicular Lymphoma
Summary: The participants of this study would have relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma. Follicular lymphoma is a type of blood cancer. It is referred to as 'relapsed' when the disease has come back after a period of improvement after that follows a treatment regimen and 'refractory' when treatment no longer works. Stage 1 of this trial will study the safety and the level that adverse effects of each of...
