Summary: This is a global extension study to provide continued access to niraparib and further characterize the long-term safety of niraparib treatment in participants who are currently receiving treatment with niraparib within GlaxoSmithKline/TESARO-sponsored studies (NCT01847274, NCT02354586, NCT01905592, NCT03308942, NCT02657889) that has fulfilled the requirements for the primary objective.

An Open-label, Dose-escalation, and Dose-expansion Phase I/II Clinical Study of Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetic Profile, and Initial Efficacy of LM-2417 for Injection Alone or in Combination With Other Antitumor Agents in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors

Summary: This study is to assess the safety and tolerability, obtain the recommended phase 2 dose(RP2D)/or Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) for LM-2417 as a single agent or in combination with other anti-tumour agents in subjects with advanced solid tumours.

Phase II Study to Assess the Efficacy of Niraparib Rechallenge After Surgery in Ovarian Cancer Patients With Oligometastatic Progression (The ANALLISA Study)

Summary: The ANALLISA study is a fast, proof-of-concept, phase II clinical trial which aims to assess the efficacy of niraparib rechallenge treatment after secondary cytoreductive surgery in ovarian cancer (OC) patients with oligometastatic progression (OMP) after first maintenance therapy with any PARP inhibitor. A total of 30 patients with OC and OMP will be enrolled and will receive treatment with nirap...

A Phase 3, Open-label, Randomized 2-arm Study Comparing the Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Niraparib With Temozolomide in Adult Participants With Newly-diagnosed, MGMT Unmethylated Glioblastoma

Summary: The goal of this Phase 3 clinical trial is to compare the efficacy of niraparib versus temozolomide (TMZ) in adult participants with newly-diagnosed, MGMT unmethylated glioblastoma multiforme (GBM). The main questions it aims to answer are: Does niraparib improve progression-free survival (PFS) compared to TMZ? Does niraparib improve overall survival (OS) compared to TMZ? Participants will be rand...

ParpVax2: A Phase II Study Of Maintenance Niraparib Plus Ipilimumab In Patients With Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer Whose Disease Has Not Progressed On Platinum-Based Therapy

Summary: The main goal of this study is to look at the effectiveness and anti-tumor activity (preventing growth of the tumor) of the drugs niraparib and ipilimumab, on the patients and their pancreatic cancer. This study will involve two different treatment arms. In Arm A, patients will receive niraparib plus ipilimumab. In Arm B, patients will receive standard chemotherapy. The main questions the study ai...

A Phase 2 Study of the Combination Dostarlimab With Niraparib In Patients With Penile Carcinoma Who Have Progressed Following Chemotherapy

Summary: The purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the combination of niraparib and dostarlimab in patients participants with advanced relapsed/refractory penile cancer.

Niraparib vs Niraparib in Combination With Bevacizumab in Patients With Carboplatinum-taxane Based Chemotherapy in Advanced Ovarian Cancer (A Multicentre Randomised Phase III Trial)

Summary: This is an international, multicenter, randomized, open, Phase III trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of carboplatin/paclitaxel/bevacizumab followed by bevacizumab and niraparib compared to carboplatin/paclitaxel followed by niraparib in patients with newly diagnosed advanced ovarian cancer.

Single-Arm, Prospective, Multicenter Study Evaluating Safety, Tolerability, and Metabolism of Niraparib as Maintenance Following Front-Line Treatment for Ovarian Cancer in Women of African Ancestry

Summary: The purpose of this study is to identify the genetic characteristic(s), specifically degree of African ancestry, and environmental characteristic(s) that appear to be related to the effects, both good and bad, that the maintenance treatment has women with ovarian cancer. In this study, an investigational medication called niraparib is being tested for the treatment of ovarian cancer. Niraparib wor...

Phase II Trial of Primary Radiotherapy With Androgen Ablation With or Without Adjuvant Niraparib for Selected High-Risk Locoregional Prostate Cancer

Summary: This phase II trial studies the effect of androgen ablation therapy with or without niraparib after standard of care radiation therapy in treating patients with prostate cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body (localized) or that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced). Androgen ablation therapy (also known as hormone therapy) lowers the levels of male hormones ...
