To do this, researchers will test the effects of inclisiran compared to placebo, when given with standard treatment.

A Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled, Multicenter Study to Evaluate the Efficacy, Safety, and Tolerability of Pelacarsen (TQJ230) With Background Inclisiran in Participants With Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease (ASCVD), and Elevated LDL-C and Lp(a)

Summary: The purpose of the study CTQJ230A12304, is to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of pelacarsen (TQJ230) compared to placebo in participants with ASCVD who have elevated lipoprotein(a) (Lp(a)), and who are on background inclisiran treatment for elevated low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C).

Evaluation of Inclisiran Versus Placebo for the Prevention of Major Adverse Cardiovascular and Limb Events in Patients Undergoing Percutaneous Coronary Intervention or Peripheral Endovascular Intervention (V-INTERVENTION)

Inclisiran is a subcutaneous, twice-yearly injection that is FDA-approved as an adjunct with statin therapy and on the market to lower LDL-C in high-risk populations.

Evaluation of 1-Year Clinical Outcomes With Early Inclisiran Initiation in Post-MI Patients

Summary: Evaluation of clinical outcomes during 12 months after inclisiran initiation in patients after STEMI/non-STEMI in real-world settings in Russia. It is also planned to study the therapy effect on the lipid profile characteristics, its safety, the state of atherosclerotic plaques according to carotid ultrasound, the frequency of hospitalizations and the need for intensive follow-up.

Latin America Lipid Optimization After Acute Event in Patients With AthErosclerotic CardiovasculaR DiseaSe and High LDL-C

Summary: This is an open label, patient-level 1:1 randomized clinical trial in a multi-country study aiming to evaluate the real-world impact of inclisiran + Usual Care (UC) vs UC alone on LDL-C lowering, patient-reported outcomes, and healthcare resource utilization in an in-hospital population of patients, admitted during the acute setting, stabilized and before discharge, following an acute cardiovascul...
