Monotherapy Fulvestrant injection is indicated for the treatment of: Hormone receptor -positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 -negative advanced breast cancer in postmenopausal women not previously treated with endocrine therapy, or HR-positive advanced breast cancer in postmenopausal women with disease progression following endocrine therapy. Combination Therapy Fulvestrant injection is indicated for the treatment of: HR-positive, HER2-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer in postmenopausal women in combination with ribociclib as initial endocrine based therapy or following disease progression on endocrine therapy. HR-positive, HER2-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer in combination with palbociclib or abemaciclib in women with disease progression after endocrine therapy. Molecular Analysis for Combination Therapy Choice (ComboMATCH)

Summary: This ComboMATCH patient screening trial is the gateway to a coordinated set of clinical trials to study cancer treatment directed by genetic testing. Patients with solid tumors that have spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced) or have spread to other places in the body (advanced) and have progressed on at least one line of standard systemic therapy or have no standard treatment t...

An Interventional, Open-Label, Randomized, Multicenter, Phase 3 Study of PF-07248144 Plus Fulvestrant Compared to Investigator's Choice of Therapy in Adult Participants With Hormone Receptor-Positive, HER2-Negative Advanced/Metastatic Breast Cancer Whose Disease Progressed After Prior CDK4/6 Inhibitor-based Therapy

Summary: The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine PF-07248144 when given along with fulvestrant for the possible treatment of HR-positive, HER2-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer. HR-positive breast cancer cells have proteins on their surface called receptors that bind to hormones like estrogen and progesterone (female sex hormones). These hormones...

A Phase II Trial to Evaluate Functional Imaging in Prediction of Response to Abemaciclib for Advanced Hormone Receptor-Positive, HER2-Negative Breast Cancer

Summary: This phase II trial tests the accuracy of functional imaging (FFNP)-positron emission tomography (PET)/computed tomography (CT) to predict response to abemaciclib plus endocrine therapy. Abemaciclib is a drug used to treat certain types of hormone receptor positive (HR+), HER2 negative breast cancer. Abemaciclib blocks certain proteins, which may help keep tumor cells from growing. Endocrine thera...
