A Non-interventional, Multi-centric, Single Country Observational Study to Assess the Safety and Effectiveness of Guselkumab After Ustekinumab (Originator or Biosimilar) in Moderate to Severe Psoriasis Patients in Clinical Routine

Summary: The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness and safety of guselkumab following a switch from ustekinumab or an ustekinumab biosimilar in participants with moderate to severe psoriasis, a chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by erythematous, scaly plaques that may be associated with pain and pruritus, in routine clinical practice.

Efficacy of Guselkumab in Chinese Participants With Crohn's Disease Following Loss of Response to Ustekinumab

Summary: The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well guselkumab works in participants with Crohn's disease (CD; a long-term condition causing severe inflammation of the intestinal tract) who no longer respond to treatment with ustekinumab.

An Observational Study to Assess the Long-term Safety of Ustekinumab Versus Other Biologic Therapies Among Patients With Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis: A New-User Cohort Study Using the Department of Defense Electronic Health Records Database

Summary: The purpose of this study is to estimate and compare the incidence of overall malignancy, serious infection, and opportunistic infections between new users of ustekinumab and new users of other biologic therapies among adult participants with Crohn's disease (CD) or ulcerative colitis (UC).

A Multicenter, Randomized, Parallel-Group, Double-Blind, Active-Controlled Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Bimekizumab Compared to Ustekinumab in Children and Adolescents From 6 Years to Less Than 18 Years of Age With Moderate to Severe Plaque Psoriasis

Summary: The primary purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of bimekizumab administered subcutaneously (sc) compared to active control (ustekinumab) in children and adolescents aged 6 to \<18 years of age with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis (PSO).

Development of Predictive Psoriasis Response Endotypes Using Single Cell Transcriptomics in Ustekinumab Responders Versus Non-responders

Summary: The investigators propose to improve the possibility of reaching skin resolution by identifying certain markers or gene patterns that may predict patient response to certain psoriasis drugs ahead of time, thus eliminating or reducing the trial-and-error approach often employed. The ability to rule out (or in) specific therapeutics based on predictive efficacy would lead to a more personalized appr...

An Open-Label, Proof of Concept Study of Vorinostat for the Treatment of Moderate-to-Severe Crohn's Disease and Maintenance Therapy With Ustekinumab

Background: Crohn s disease (CD) is an inflammatory bowel disease. It causes inflammation of the gut. Symptoms may include diarrhea, abdominal pain, fatigue, weight loss and malnutrition. CD has no cure, but symptoms can sometimes be controlled with medicine. Researchers want to see if it is safe to treat CD with the medicine vorinostat. It is thought that vorinostat may reduce the inflammation process of CD....

A Prospective Observational Study on the Efficacy and Safety of Guselkumab in the Treatment of Crohn's Disease Patients Previously Treated With Ustekinumab

Summary: This is a prospective, single-center, observational study aimed at evaluating the efficacy and safety of guselkumab in patients with moderate to severe Crohn's disease (CD) who have previously failed or were intolerant to ustekinumab therapy. The study plans to enroll approximately 60 participants aged 18-75 years. Participants will receive guselkumab treatment following a defined induction and ma...

An Open-Label, Phase 4 Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Dual Targeted Therapy With Vedolizumab Intravenous (IV) and Adalimumab Subcutaneous (SC) or Vedolizumab IV and Ustekinumab IV/SC in Moderate to Severe Crohn's Disease (CD)

Summary: The main aim of this study is to learn about the effect of treatment with vedolizumab IV (vedolizumab) together with adalimumab or vedolizumab (VDZ) together with ustekinumab (UST) in adults with moderate to severe Crohn's Disease, and the effect of treatment with vedolizumab alone, after the dual targeted treatment. The study is conducted in two parts. In Part A, participants will receive the dua...

Treatment of Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor-related Diarrhea and/ or Colitis With Ustekinumab in Cancer Patients

Summary: The goal of this clinical research study is to learn if ustekinumab can help to control immune-related diarrhea and/or colitis in cancer patients.

Efficacy of Guselkumab Versus Ustekinumab in Stricturing Crohn's Disease: A Multicenter, Prospective, Observational Cohort Study

Summary: This study intends to select patients with confirmed moderate-to-severe Crohn's disease (CD) and obstructive symptoms of intestinal stenosis, who have clear evidence of lumen stenosis caused by the disease itself through radiography or endoscopy. After the informed consent of the patients, comprehensive drug therapy with Guselkumab or Ustekinumab as the mainstay was performed. The basic informatio...

Efficacy of Ustekinumab-based Integrated Medicine Therapy in Patients With Symptomatic Stricturing Crohn's Disease: a Multicenter, Prospective, Observational Cohort Study

Summary: This study intends to select patients with confirmed moderate-to-severe Crohn's disease (CD) and obstructive symptoms of intestinal stenosis, who have clear evidence of lumen stenosis caused by the disease itself through radiography or endoscopy. After the informed consent of the patients, comprehensive drug therapy with ustekinumab as the mainstay was performed. The basic information and medical ...
