Philosophy of care | I believe in offering compassionate care to all my patients through open communication and a team approach to best treat their needs. My goal is to get them back on their feet as smoothly and quickly as possible. | Why I entered medicine | I entered medicine because I have always had a passion to help people and enjoy being part of their treatment plan. Working in orthopedics has been very rewarding. I form a relationship with my patients by working with them before, during and after surgery, helping them get back to their lifestyle. | Community involvement | I volunteer with Dream Come True, helping plan dreams for chronically and terminally ill children. I also help various organizations buy gifts for children at the holidays. I am involved in helping with my daughter's school events and field hockey program. | Personal interests | I enjoy staying active and love spending time with my husband and two daughters. I enjoy outdoor activities with my kids and going on vacations, especially the beach.
