SUMMARY

Robotic thyroid surgery offers certain improvements in cosmesis and postoperative recovery. The study aimed to describe patients' concerns in choosing surgical approach and how these attitudes affect preferences for robotic thyroidectomy (RT), endoscopic thyroidectomy (ET) and conventional open thyroidectomy (OT), with the long-term goal of promoting RT.
