Dr. Alonzo T. Sexton is a trailblazing orthopedic surgeon with over 19 years of clinical experience, specializing in sports medicine at professional, collegiate, and amateur levels. He is board-certified in orthopedic surgery and holds Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. Dr. Sexton earned his Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology from Stanford University and his Doctor of Medicine from Emory University School of Medicine. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Emory University Hospital, followed by a sports medicine fellowship at Lenox Hill Hospital.

He is a fellow with the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and membership in the American Orthopedic Society of Sports Medicine. He is also a Sports Sector Member of the Physical Activity Alliance.
