Philosophy of care | My philosophy is straightforward: Provide you the same care I and my family would like to receive. Communication is key. Orthopedic conditions cannot only affect patients in the long term, but also can affect such day-to-day activities as walking the dog, picking up the kids or grandkids and being able to use the stairs. I provide individualized and specialized care to help you understand your pathology, so together we can optimize your care. Your time and trust are important to me. | Why I entered medicine | I had exposure to health care all my life. My dad’s dentist office was right across from my childhood home. I saw first-hand the patient interaction my dad had with his patients on a day-to-day basis. Throughout my undergraduate career, I met and became friends with one of my mentors at the University of Pittsburgh, who steered me toward a career in orthopedics. The intricate collaboration of biomechanics with the musculoskeletal system fascinated me. | Personal interests | I enjoy spending free time with my wife and dog as well as reading, outdoor activities, golf, football and exercising. | Image | Lehigh Valley Hospital is ranked 25th in the country for orthopedic care on the 2025-2026 U.S. News & World Report Best Hospitals list.
