"Dr. Wegner was born in Omaha, Nebraska and raised in Cherokee, Iowa. He graduated from the University of Iowa College of Medicine in 1997, and completed residency at Trinity Lutheran Family Practice Residency Program in Kansas City, Missouri in 2000.
