Dr. Michael Gannon

Cindy E. Bullock, DPM, is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon who specializes in the care of fractures, sports injuries, heel pain, and bunions. She finds it gratifying to share in each person’s path toward foot and ankle health. She looks forward to using her experience and training to work with each individual and provide them with effective, personalized care.Dr. Bullock worked for four years as a podiatric surgeon at ABQ Health Partners in New Mexico. She also served as chief of staff at Westside Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2008. She is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Washington State Podiatric Medical Association.She was born and raised in San Diego, California. She completed her undergraduate education in California. She lived in Canterbury, England while completing post-baccalaureate studies in medical biochemistry. Since then, her education and work as a podiatric surgeon have taken her to Pennsylvania, Utah, New Mexico, and now, Skagit Valley, Washington. When not working, she enjoys travel, hiking, and watching football. She is an avid fan of the San Diego Chargers. Stacia Smith, MD, FAAOS, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in joint replacement of the hip and knee. She enjoys working with people of all ages, whether it is helping a child with congenital problems or an elderly person with fractures, or arthritic problems. She enjoys helping patients decide on the options that will be most beneficial to that individual’s lifestyle. Her goal is to make her patients as functional as possible and help them return to the lifestyle they desire.As a surgeon, Dr. Smith believes it is important to not only diagnose the injury but also how it impacts the patient’s quality of life. She feels that no two patients are alike, and neither are their lifestyles. She strives to treat the person instead of just the injury, because that is when you can really make a difference.Before she began fighting orthopedic injuries, she was fighting fires as a volunteer firefighter. While orthopedic surgery isn’t always a life or death situation, it can certainly be exciting. There are few things she finds more rewarding than making a significant difference in improving a patient’s quality of life.Dr. Smith and her husband love to spend time outdoors. Camille Connelly, MD, is a fellowship-trained orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of acute, chronic and sports-related injuries and conditions of the foot and ankle. Dr. Connelly has extensive training in surgical and nonsurgical foot and ankle treatments, including fracture care, ligament and tendon reconstruction, achilles tendon repair, total ankle replacement and fusion, ankle arthroscopy, bunion correction and flatfoot reconstruction. She also performs knee replacement surgery and takes general orthopedic call, treating fractures throughout the musculoskeletal system.  Her approach to patient care is focused on accurate diagnosis and educating her patients about their conditions and injuries so they can play an active role in the decision-making process and treatment plan. Dr. Connelly's goal is to reduce pain and increase function to get patients back on their feet so they can return to the activities they love.Dr. Connelly attended the University of Washington for her undergraduate studies, where she was an NCAA Division I track and cross country athlete and academic all-star. She went on to receive her medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle. After completing her residency training in orthopedic surgery at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she also completed a one-year UOREF orthopedic research fellowship, Dr. Connelly underwent an additional year of fellowship training in foot and ankle surgery at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.In her spare time, Dr. Connelly stays active by running, hiking, traveling and enjoying the outdoors.
