Biography of Michele McGowan, DPM
Dr. Michele McGowan is a dedicated podiatrist with a passion for enhancing foot and ankle health. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Pennsylvania State University before pursuing her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at Des Moines University in Iowa. Following her education, Dr. McGowan completed a rigorous two-year surgical residency at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
In 2002, she established her own practice, Center for Ankle and Foot Care, in Clermont, Florida, where she has since been committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to her patients. With a focus on both surgical and non-surgical treatment options, Dr. McGowan specializes in a wide range of conditions affecting the foot and ankle, ensuring each patient receives personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
