He then went on to work for Montefiore Medical Center as a Family Physician and Clinic Medical Director for 14 years. Dr. Nadal joined the part-time teaching staff in the department of Family Medicine at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine soon after graduating from his residency and has continued to teach medical students ever since.
