Overview
I practice a broad range of general surgery with a passion for advanced, minimally invasive surgical approaches to treating diseases of the digestive tract and abdomen. I have expertise in laparoscopy, robotics, endoscopy, and TEM/TAMIS techniques. My strongest interests are in esophageal, stomach, and colorectal surgery. I believe in enhanced recovery protocols, multimodal pain control, and minimally invasive approaches to reduce discomfort and stress. Outside of my surgical calling, I enjoy time with my family, rooting for UNC, gaming, enjoying music and theater, and walking through trails and gardens.
