Jennifer Porco has been practicing with Dr. Shatkin and Dr. Gross since 2014, initially as a member of the transitional care team, caring for patients post hospital stays in sub-acute rehabilitation. Jennifer cared for patients with advanced cardio-pulmonary diseases as well as other chronic health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and osteoarthritis.In 2017, Jennifer transitioned to caring for patients in our office setting with her focus being Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Sleep Medicine and Internal Medicine. In addition, Jennifer works closely alongside Dr. Shatkin providing care for pulmonary patients.
