Dr. Konstantin Nikiforov, MD, is a board-certified adult and geriatric psychiatrist with more than 25 years of clinical experience providing evidence-based psychiatric care in New York City. As part of Dr. Iospa Psychiatry Consulting Group, he offers comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, medication management, and collaborative care for adults and older adults.
Dr. Nikiforov specializes in anxiety disorders, depression, panic attacks, insomnia, adult ADHD, stress and burnout, bipolar spectrum conditions, cognitive and memory issues, mild cognitive impairment, executive dysfunction, and Long-COVID–related brain fog. Dr. Nikiforov is also an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, with longstanding experience in inpatient psychiatry, geriatrics, and ECT services, supporting a strong academic foundation and clinical rigor.
