Overview
Dr. Kevin Tozer is a Valley native who graduated Cum Laude from the University of Southern California-Viterbi School of Engineering with a degree in Biomedical Engineering and a minor in Cinema-Television. He was the recipient of a prestigious merit-based four-year full tuition undergraduate scholarship. Dr. Tozer completed his medical degree at the USC Keck School of Medicine and internship at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix. Dr. Tozer completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Michigan-Kellogg Eye Center. After residency, he attended the highly competitive Lindstrom Fellowship at Minnesota Eye Consultants, which focused on extensive training in cornea, refractive, and advanced anterior segment surgery. Dr. Tozer has published numerous peer-reviewed medical articles, authored six ophthalmology textbook chapters, served as a reviewer for multiple ophthalmic journals, and given many medical presentations at ophthalmology conferences.To preserve eye health by delivering the highest quality of care to all patients to assure their best quality of life.
