Dr. Carrie L. Wilcox

Dayne Mickelson, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon with expertise in sports medicine and complex arthroscopic surgery. He has a special interest in knee preservation procedures including cartilage repair and transplantation, multi-ligament reconstruction, as well as biologic treatments. He also focuses on general orthopedics including acute or chronic knee and shoulder problems, pediatric injuries and fracture care.Dr. Mickelson’s philosophy is based on education and individualized care plans. His practice focuses on accessibility, convenience and a friendly atmosphere where a patient is treated like family. Dr. Mickelson believes in a shared decision-making model, where the treatment plan is customized based on an individual’s aspirations and goals. He has published in Orthopedics, the Journal of Surgical Education, the Journal of Hand Surgery and The American Journal of Sports Medicine.Dr. Mickelson has a passion for sports. He was a four-year letter winner on the Lehigh University men’s basketball team, winning the Patriot League championship and playing in the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament (“March Madness”) his junior year. Dr. Mickelson previously served as team physician for Duke University’s football, basketball, and lacrosse teams, as well as for North Carolina Central University’s football team. He is currently the team doctor for Redmond High School.Dr. Mickelson was born the eldest of three boys outside of Milwaukee, WI. When he was young, he and his family moved to Woodinville, WA, where his family still resides. He and his family are excited to be back home in the Pacific Northwest. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelly, and their two sons. He also enjoys basketball, skiing, cooking, reading and keeping up to date with the latest technology. Megan L. Charboneau, MD, is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) with a subspecialty certification in sports medicine. She has special interest in injuries unique to the female athlete, diagnostic and interventional musculoskeletal ultrasound, and non-operative treatment of musculoskeletal injuries of the shoulder, elbow, pelvis, hip, knee, and ankle including chronic tendon disorders. Her goal is to involve patients in their treatment plan, provide individualized care and return them back to their desired level of activity. Dr. Charboneau is one of few physicians in the area to offer TENEX – a breakthrough technology for the treatment of chronic tendon pain.Dr. Charboneau grew up in Missouri where she completed medical school and her PM&R residency. She moved to Milwaukee, WI, to complete her sports medicine fellowship and joined the orthopedic department at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Most recently, Dr. Charboneau relocated to the Pacific Northwest to be near family and enjoys exploring the area with her husband, daughter and son. Michael J. Sailer, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. His specialty area is sports medicine, with a focus on shoulder and knee surgery—both arthroscopic and joint replacement. Dr. Sailer’s patients range from “weekend warriors” to high-level athletes.Dr. Sailer is a native Seattleite, attending Whitman College for his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Biology and graduating with Honors from the University of Washington Medical School. He completed his Sports Medicine fellowship at the Steadman-Hawkins Clinic in Vail, Colorado after a year on the orthopedic faculty at the University of Washington, before joining Proliance in 1994.He and his wife have three children. They enjoy snow skiing, water sports, biking, and are involved in their kids’ sports teams and activities.
