Dr. Douglass is board certified in internal medicine and has been practicing medicine since 1995. He is currently serving on the Piedmont Atlanta Hospital Board. Prior to joining Piedmont Physicians, he was in private practice at Peachtree Internal Medicine and served as the Chief of Service and Chairman for the Department of Medicine at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital. Michael Park, D.O., graduated with a bachelor's degree from University of California, Los Angeles, and his Master of Medical Sciences from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine. Prior to joining Piedmont Physicians, Dr. Park completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Coney Island Hospital in Brooklyn, New York, where he served as Chief Resident. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association. In his spare time, Dr. Park enjoys traveling, going to the movies, and following team sports. Dr. Kakarala believes that establishing personal relationships with her patients is important and enjoys the continuous learning opportunities that practicing modern medicine provides.
