He also spent one year in Bagdad, Iraq as a battalion surgeon. He attended the University of Colorado School Of Medicine in Denver, completed his internship and residency at the Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington and is Board Certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics.Dr. Loomis is fluent in Spanish.
