In clinical research, I am experienced in serving on steering committees for multicenter clinical trials in CKD, including work with National Institutes of Health (NIH)-funded trials -- the African American Study of Kidney Disease and Hypertension (AASK), the AASK Cohort Study, the Dialysis Access Consortium, and the Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) treatment trial.
