I am a clinician dedicated to helping children and adults preserve and restore their vision. I perform a wide variety of procedures including cataract surgery, cornea transplants and Lasik surgery. I also see a large number of patients with ocular surface disease, ranging from dry eye to limbal stem cell disease. At Duke, we are able to offer new technologies and unique surgeries for these conditions. I truly love what I do and the relationships I build with my patients. I live in Chapel Hill with my wife and three children who helped me write and produce a full-length musical called “RISE.” We also enjoy cycling, rock climbing, and building and playing guitars, basses, and drums.
