In 2002 Dr. Floyd expanded his practice to Lake Stevens, at the Lake Stevens Ankle and Foot Clinic. Dr. Floyd is a Board Certified Podiatrist and Foot and Ankle Surgeon and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, and Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. In 2002 Dr. Floyd completed a post graduate Course in Medical and Surgical Techniques of the Foot, Ankle and Leg at Northledge Regional Medical Center, Tucker, GA.
